Once you register you will receive an email, as to where to mail your check for payment.
A team consists of four players. The cost per team is $200, $50 per person and includes, 18 holes of Golf, Cart, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and door prizes. The cost must be paid in full by June 1, 2008. You will receive an email prior to June 1, 2009 indicating where the payment should be mailed.
